A Word On Prayer

What an awesome privilege is ours that we can participate in one on one conversation with our Heavenly Father in prayer at any moment of any day.  Could it be that we take it for granted far too often…except for those times that we think of it as a last resort instead of our first option?

“If you are not praying, then you are quietly confident that time, money and talent are all you need in life. You’ll always be a little too tired, a little too busy.  But if, like Jesus, you realize you can’t do life on your own, then no matter how busy, no matter how tired you are, you will find time to pray.”   — Paul E. Miller

Just wanted to share this quote and a picture with you. Hope you had a great weekend and that your week includes moments of sweet conversation in the presence of God.  To God Be the glory!

It is such a privilege! Spending our first moments – or at earliest possible time – of the day with Him sets us up for continuing to talk with Him throughout the day.
