Today, I would like to direct you to a post in the archives from 8/31/2013 entitled “Praising God in the Storm.”  Can’t remember what was going on in my life at that time, but I feel that it is no coincidence that I wrote it on Ben’s birthday.  He usually gets all out of sorts when special occasions and holidays roll around.

The song in that post is one by Casting Crowns entitled “I Will Praise You in This Storm” which is one of my favorites. Please listen and let that song speak to you if a storm is raging around you. My prayers are always with those who read. May He calm your storm quickly, but if He does not, rest in knowing He is riding it out ride by your side.
