Do you have the Belt of Truth in place?  Stay in God’s word, claim His promises, and commit scripture to memory so that you can easily and quickly counter Satan with these truths. Now let’s move on to the next part of the Armor of Christ.

The Breastplate (of Righteousness): “with the breastplate of righteousness in place,” Ephesians 6:14 – A soldier with a breastplate goes into battle boldly with confidence. The devil is constantly attacking with lies, accusations and reminders of past sin. Without the breastplate of righteousness, these will penetrate your heart. Become aware of who you are in Christ Jesus. Come boldly into His presence (Hebrews 4:16).

I am feeling more covered now.  How about you?  Meditate on this part of the armor as you add it to the Belt of Truth.  Get comfortable in it and be thankful for the peace of God that accompanies it. Satan is surely becoming frustrated as his attacks meet failure and God’s protection. Tomorrow…the Shoes of peace!  To God be the Glory!
